iCloud auto-forward instructions

iCloud Mail auto-forwarding setup

(Mac & Windows — simple version)

Important: iCloud Mail auto-forwarding needs to be set up using a web browser.
It can’t be done inside the iPhone or iPad Mail app.

This usually takes 2–3 minutes.

What you’ll need

A computer (Mac or Windows)

A web browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge)

Your Apple ID login details

The Pipa forwarding email address we’ve provided to you

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Open iCloud Mail in a browser

Go to:
👉 https://www.icloud.com/mail

Step 2: Open Mail settings

In the top-left corner, click the Mail menu (or the ⚙️ settings icon)

Choose Preferences

Step 3: Go to Rules

Click the Rules tab

Click Add a Rule

Step 4: Create a forwarding rule

Set the rule as follows:

If a message: is received

Then: Forward to

Paste the Pipa forwarding email address we’ve provided to you
(for example: forward.yourcode@pipa-assist.com)

Click Done or Save.

That’s it ✅

From now on, emails arriving in your iCloud Mail inbox will be forwarded automatically to Pipa.

There’s nothing else you need to do.

Optional: only forward school emails

If you’d prefer to forward only school or club emails, you can adjust the rule to apply only to:

Specific email addresses

Or specific words in the sender or subject line

This is completely optional — forwarding everything works fine too.

Can I stop this later?

Yes — you can turn forwarding off at any time by:

Returning to Mail → Preferences → Rules

Deleting or disabling the rule
