How does it work?

School emails have a habit of arriving at the worst possible time. You skim them, think “I’ll deal with that later” — and then later never comes.

Pipa is designed to take that pressure away.

When a school or club email comes in, you simply forward it to your Pipa email address. That’s it. You don’t need to log into an app, fill anything out, or remember to do anything extra.

Pipa reads the email and quietly picks out the important bits — dates, events, things you need to remember, and which child it applies to. If something isn’t clear, Pipa doesn’t guess. It’s designed to be careful, not clever.

You then receive clear, simple reminders via WhatsApp — things like:

• what’s coming up this week
• when PE kits are needed
• reminders the night before a trip or event
• pickup times for after-school clubs

It means you don’t have to keep mental notes, scroll back through emails, or worry that something’s been missed.
